Informativa sulla privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 27/10/2026

1. Chi tratta i tuoi dati

Il titolare del trattamento è NACweb snc, Via Lugano 1, 6500 Bellinzona, Svizzera (IDI CHE-376.199.763).

Email: info@nacweb.ch · Telefono: +41 76 579 43 67

  • Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6 cpv. 1 lett. b GDPR) e nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere a chi ci contatta (art. 6 cpv. 1 lett. f GDPR).
  • Conservazione: 24 mesi dall’ultimo contatto.

6 cpv. 1 lett. f GDPR).
  • Fornitore: Cloudflare, Inc., USA (vedi punto 5).

  • Base giuridica: tuo consenso (art. 6 cpv. 1 lett. a GDPR), che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento.
  • Conservazione dei dati in Google Analytics: [14] mesi.
  • Fornitore: Google Ireland Limited, Irlanda, e Google LLC, USA (vedi punto 5).

  • Base giuridica: tuo consenso (art. 6 cpv. 1 lett. a GDPR), che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento.
  • Fornitore: Google Ireland Limited, Irlanda, e Google LLC, USA (vedi punto 5).

7 cpv. 1 GDPR) e nostro legittimo interesse.
  • Conservazione: il cookie dura 12 mesi.
  • Fornitore: CookieYes Limited, Regno Unito.

3.7 Caratteri tipografici

4. A chi comunichiamo i dati

Scrivi a info@nacweb.ch. Ti rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.

Privacy policy

Last updated: 27/10/2026

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is NACweb snc, Via Lugano 1, 6500 Bellinzona, Switzerland (UID CHE-376.199.763).

Email: info@nacweb.ch · Phone: +41 76 579 43 67

This privacy policy applies to the website nacweb.ch. It is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people in the European Union or the European Economic Area, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Representative in the European Union

As the controller is established in Switzerland, it has appointed a representative in the EU under Art. 27 GDPR: Jonathan Antognazza, resident in Italy, email jonathan@nacweb.ch. You can contact him about any matter relating to your data.

3. What data we process and why

3.1 Visiting the website

When you open a page, the server automatically logs your IP address, date and time, the requested page, the referring website, browser type and operating system.

  • Purpose: to run the website, keep it secure and detect misuse.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: up to 8 weeks. IONOS stores the IP address in anonymised form only.

3.2 Contact form and email

If you write to us through the contact form or at info@nacweb.ch, we process the data you provide: name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. When the form is sent, your IP address and browser are also recorded to prevent misuse.

  • Purpose: to answer your request and, if you wish, prepare an offer.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep correspondence and accounting records for 10 years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 958f CO).
  • Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, email and the service you need we cannot answer your request.

3.3 Spam protection for the form (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether it is being filled in by a person or an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare receives your IP address, a technical fingerprint of the connection (TLS), your browser type and the website where the check runs. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and does not build profiles.

  • Purpose: to block spam and misuse of the form.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., USA (see section 5). Cloudflare also uses this data, as an independent controller, to improve its bot detection. More information in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

3.4 Visitor statistics (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to find out how many people visit the website, which pages they read, where they come from and which device they use. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address.

  • Purpose: to understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Retention of data in Google Analytics: 14 months.
  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA (see section 5).

3.5 Measuring advertising campaigns (Google Ads), only with your consent

If you accept advertising cookies, we use Google Ads to find out whether a visit or a contact request comes from one of our ads on Google. This processing serves marketing purposes: it helps us evaluate and improve our campaigns. We do not build individual profiles; Google may also use the data under its own privacy policy.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA (see section 5).

3.6 Cookie consent management (CookieYes)

We use CookieYes to remember your cookie choices. It saves a cookie with your preferences in your browser and anonymously records the choice you made, the date and the banner version, so that we can prove consent.

  • Legal basis: the obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR) and our legitimate interest.
  • Retention: the cookie lasts 12 months.
  • Provider: CookieYes Limited, United Kingdom.

3.7 Fonts

The website’s fonts are loaded directly from our server. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other external service to download them.

3.8 Links to social networks

The website contains plain links to our Instagram and Facebook pages, with no embedded buttons or content. No data is sent to Meta until you click a link; from then on, Meta’s privacy policy applies.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers who help us run the website, under contracts that govern how they use it:

If you are in the EU, you can contact the supervisory authority of your country; in Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people at NACweb who need it to answer requests, and data is protected with regular backups and updates.
